Ronald Kelleher, President

Ronald Kelleher, the Founder and President of APR, is the visionary who led us to our strategic location in Virginia, the pioneer of our advances in offshore manufacturing, the father of our customer-first culture, and the driver of our quest for continuous improvement. He developed his leadership skills as a Captain in the U.S. Army and his penchant for customer service as Regional Sales Manager for Acushnet Rubber and Sales Manager for Atlantic India Rubber.

Brian Kelleher, Vice President

Brian Kelleher thrives on dedication. As the head of APR operations, Brian has committed his career to making APR the world’s most dependable component supplier. He has traveled the world to find suppliers who can deliver the quality and cost savings our customers demand. And he constantly challenges our staff to develop processes that improve customer service.

Ron Timmons, Quality Manager

Ron Timmons is the person who ensures that the quality our customers expect is the quality they receive. No ifs, ands or buts. With over 30 years’ experience in manufacturing quality, he is an expert at quality control. He is a Certified Quality Engineer, a Certified Lead Quality Auditor and a certified stickler for detail. Ron is an engineering graduate of Purdue University and a member of the American Society for Quality.
